A 6-Week, Transformative Program for Girls aged 12 - 18 years

Girls Who Roar is a 6-week program, purposefully tailored to teenage girls across Australia. The program is designed to support teenage girls to feel empowered to embrace their unique selves, build resilience, and harness their confidence in themselves and their relationships.

What We’ll Cover

Over the course of the program, our mentors will deliver six weeks of fun, informative and practical video sessions that cover a number of prevalent challenges and situations, as well as skill-building exercises to support you through these challenges. We’ll take a deep dive into:

  • Uniqueness and Expectations

  • Resilience

  • Belonging, Social Connections and Friendships

  • Consent and Boundaries

  • Kindness

  • Creating the Life You Want

  • Goal Setting and Dreaming BIG

Each girl begins their journey with a beautifully boxed Welcome Pack, complete with a custom GWR journal, items the girls use throughout the program, and a gift to set the tone of belonging and remind them that they are valued.
